淡化海水补水管道的腐蚀与防护

CORROSION OF WATER FILLING PIPE FOR DESALINIZED SEAWATER AND PROTECTION

针对淡化海水碳钢补水管道的严重腐蚀,对补水管道源头的淡化海水进行了水质分析,通过计算朗格利尔饱和指数、雷兹纳稳定指数,对旋转挂片腐蚀实验进行了淡化海水的腐蚀性评价,分析了淡化海水输送管道的腐蚀原因,针对腐蚀原因通过实验提出了减少淡化海水补水管道腐蚀的有效防护方法,并通过现场应用取得了很好的效果。

Aiming at the severe corrosion of the carbon steel water filling pipe for desalinized seawater, this paper carries out a water quality analysis on the desalinized seawater of the headwaters in the water filling pipe.Through calculating the Langelier saturation index and Ryzner stability index,the paper carries out a corrosion evaluation of the desalinized seawater to the rotary coupon test.It analyzes the corrosion reasons for the desalinized seawater transportation pipe.According to the corrosion reasons, the paper presents effective protective ways for the re ducing of corrosion of water filling pipe for desalinized seawater through experiments.Good results have been achieved after field application.
