摘要 由于工艺要求,乙烯裂解炉长期处于1 200℃高温火焰的气氛和烟气中,运行工况非常苛刻。基于近红外热图技术及光谱分析原理,实现了炉内工况监视及炉管表面温度的检测随着炉管安全监测与分析系统的研发和应用技术,改变了传统的人工监控方式,提升了对高温炉管的监控水平。 Due to technological requirements,the ethylene cracking furnace is in the long-term high temperature of 1 200℃flame atmosphere and flue gas,so the operating conditions are very severe.Based on the near infrared thermography technique and spectral analysis,monitoring of conditions inside the furnace and measuring the surface temperature of the furnace tube are realized.With the development of the research and application of furnace tube safety monitoring and analysis system,the traditional manual monito ring mode has been changed and this improves the monitoring of high temperature furnace tube.
