摘要
针对目前国内化工行业中高压容器的现状,对采用多层包扎结构设计的压力容器进行了介绍,对筒体制造过程中采用的两种多层包扎方式进行了对比,得出了传统包扎结构易存在深环焊缝等不足之处,在改进的包扎结构中将会避免产生上述不足。针对某项目中的一台具体设备—氨合成塔,结合其设计参数,对设计过程中涉及到的筒体材料的选择、设备本体壁厚的计算、筒体与封头的焊接及支座结构的设计均进行了分析和探讨,为此类高压容器的设计提供了一定的参考。
According to the present situation of domestic high pressure vessels in chemical industry,this paper introduces the pressure vessels which are designed in multilayer bundled structure.It compares the two kinds of multilayer bundled modes adopted in making the shell and reached the conclusion that the traditional multilayer bundled structure often had defects like deep circumferential weld,yet such defects could be avoided in the improved multilayer bundled structure.Through a specific device,ammonia synthesis tower,and combining with its design parameters,the paper analyzes and discusses the material selection for the shell,the calculation for the thickness of the shell,the welding between the shell and the head and the design of the vessel supports involved in the design process,which provides certain reference for the design of such high pressure vessels.
