摘要
文章阐述了茂名分公司100万t/a二号延迟焦化装置铬钼钢焦炭塔C-101/1,C-101/2的设计、选材、制造、安装、保温的过程,以及其加工高硫含酸减压渣油长周期、满负荷生产工况的适应性,结合《固容规》和《容检规》讨论某特检分院2007年1月对C-101/1,C-101/2进行的首次检验,在检验方法、检验量、安全状况等级评定及检验周期确定各环节上的不当,探讨在用铬钼钢焦炭塔的正确合理的检验策略,为今后在用铬钼钢焦炭塔检验提供参考。
This article expatiates on the process of design,material selection,manufacture,installation and insulation of the chrome-molybdenum steel coking tower in the No.2delayed coking unit with a capacity of 100Mt/a in Maoming Company.It also expounds the adaptability of this unit running with full load under high sulfur content and acid condition in long period.Combing with the Fixed Vessel Inspection Regulations and Container Inspection Regulations,the article discusses the first inspection done by certain specialty inspection bureau on the C-101/1,2in January,2007.It studies the improper aspects in such links as the inspection method and amount,assessment of safety status and inspection cycle.The article probes into the correct and reasonable inspection strategy for chromemolybdenum steel coking tower in service,which provides reference for the inspection of chrome-molybdenum steel coking tower in service.
