螺杆式压缩机消音器选型与设计探讨

STUDY ON THE TYPE SELECTION AND DESIGN OF SCREW COMPRESSOR MUFFLER

介绍了螺杆式压缩机的两种常用消音器:抗性消音器与阻性消音器,对消音器实例进行了设计计算,探讨了螺杆式压缩机消音器的设计选型。螺杆式压缩机的消音器设计中,压缩机的噪音源特性是一个重要因素,对不同机组的噪音特性,可以考虑采用不同形式的消音器。阻性消音器或阻抗复合消音器,适用于排气噪音频率偏高的场合,抗性消音器适用于窄带噪声和中低频噪声的控制。

This paper introduces two types of commonly used screw compressor muffler:anti-type muffler and muffler with resistive type.It does the design calculation of muffler in practical application and probes into the design and type selection of screw compressor muffler.Noise source characteristic is an important factor to the design of screw compressor muffler.Different Mufflers can be adopted according to the different noise source characteristics of compressor unit.Muffler with resistive type or impedance compound muffler is suitable for compressor with high frequency exhaust noises,while anti-type muffler is suitable for controlling narrowband noises and low& middle frequency noises.
