糠醛精制装置的技术改造措施及效果 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了某石化公司糠醛精制装置近年来先后实施了多项技术改造措施:加热炉综合节能改造,降低燃料气用量;优化换热流程、停用萃取塔底循环回流冷却器,减少自产蒸汽用量和循环水用量;机泵电机增加变频器,降低电耗。对比分析了技术改造前后装置的运行费用,结果表明改造后装置年增经济效益超过140.1万元,装置得以高效、稳定、长周期的运行。 This paper introduces several technical revamp measures taken for the furfural refining unit of certain petrochemical company in recent years.The measures involve adopting comprehensive energy-sav-ing revamp of the heating furnace to reduce fuel gas consumption;optimizing the heat exchanging process and stopping the use of extraction tower bottom circulating reflux cooler to reduce the amount of self-produced steam and circulation water;adding transducer on pump motor to reduce power consumption.The paper compares and analyzes the operating cost of the device before and after the revamp.And the results indicate that the annual increased economic benefit exceeds 1.401million and the unit runs more efficiently and stably in longer term.
