摘要
法兰接头的泄漏是承压设备的主要失效模式之一,如何控制法兰连接的泄漏率在允许范围内是工程界广泛关注和重视的问题。文章介绍了非标法兰连接的计算方法和发展动态,对比分析了不同计算方法在工程应用中的特点和需注意的问题,指出保证法兰接头密封设计的关键在于垫片性能参数与泄漏率和垫片应力的内在关系。
The flange joint leakage is the one of the main failure modes for pressure equipments.How to control the range of allowable leakage rate in flange joint has received extensive attention in engineering circle.This paper introduces the flange calculation methods and the development trends.It compares and analyzes the characteristics of different calculation methods in engineering application and the problems that should be paid attention to.The paper points out that the key to guarantee the seal design of flange joint lies in the internal relationship of gasket stress with gasket performance parameters and leakage rate.
