摘要 刀具预调测量仪适用于测量数控机床(包括加工中心和柔性制造单元等)上所使用的镗铣类刀具及车刀类刀具切削刃的精确坐标位置,并能检查刀具的刃口质量、刀尖角度、圆弧半径及盘类刀具的径向跳动等。针对目前国内刀具预调仪市场的现况,采用CCD视频图像处理技术开发了一款离线测量刀型数据的影像式刀具预调仪。经检定表明,该仪器操作方便,稳定可靠,精度高,各个功能模块达到了预定的设计要求。目前该仪器已进入试样阶段,不久即可投入市场进行销售。 Tool presetting instrument is suitable for measuring precision coordinate position of tools such as boring-millings machine and lathe tools used on the digital machine tool (including machine center and flexible manufacturing units).It can also check the quality of edge of tool and measure the knife tip angle,radius of arc and radial skip.Based on market survey,an image tool presetting instrument made with the CCD video image processing technology is developed,which can measure the data of tool by off-line ways.Quality inspection has proved that the instrument is reliable,high-precision and easy to operate,with every module meeting the presetting design requirements.Currently,the instrument is in the process of production,and is soon to go into the market.
