摘要 论述了大型月球模拟器的工作原理,对口径为Φ2 500mm月球模拟器进行了系统设计,整个系统由光源、匀光板、光源控制系统、计算机控制系统、模拟器机械系统等组成。提出了大型月球模拟器光学系统的设计方案,采用LED阵列作为月球模拟器光源,使用光源控制系统控制LED组元的亮灭模拟月相变化,从而真实地模拟了月球的准直、均匀性以及月相变换的特性。经对月球模拟器进行光机结构分析和仿真分析,得到其最大自重变形为16.4μm,最大自重应变为2.1×10-4 m/m,不同月相的发光面照度不均匀度为14.7%,亮度不均匀度为17.2%,均满足设计指标要求。 The working principle of large moon simulator was discussed.,and the systematic design of the moon simulator with the diameter of 2 500 mm was carried out.The system was made up of light source,uniform plate,light source control system,computer control system,simulator of mechanical system and so on.The optical system design of the large moon simulator was put forward,which employed the form of LED array as the light source of the moon simulator and used light source control system to control LED component battery illumination to imitate moon phases,thus imitating collimation,uniformity of moon and the characters of moon phases truely.Through the analysis of the moon simulator machine structrue and the simulation process,the following results were obtained,i.e.the largest gravity deformation was 16.4 μm,the largest weight of the strain was 2.1 × 10-4 m/m,the shiny surface illumination unevenness of different lunar phase was 14.7%,and the brightness unevenness was 17.2%.All above-mentioned parameters meet the requirements of the design objective.
