WQL粒度仪的软硬件研制

摘要 颗粒度分布是反映粉体特性的重要指标,因此,颗粒度分布测量具有重要意义。WQL粒度仪利用离心沉降法根据Stokes定律测量样品的颗粒度分布。该仪器采用电路硬件和程序软件配合控制的方法处理电机转速的调节与稳定,保证了WQL各种性能指标完全满足样品测量的范围和精度。PVC行业中颗粒特性直接影响PVC的使用性能和加工性能,WQL粒度仪在大量实验数据基础上为PVC行业开发了专用软件,受到了用户的欢迎。 Particle size distribution reflected powder properties.Therefore,particle size distribution measurement is of great significance.WQL sizer employs the centrifugal sedimentation method to measure each kind of particle size distribution in suspension.By using centrifugal sedimentation method according to stockes law,the WQL sizer could measure particle size distribution of the samples.With the control circuitry and relevant software,the sizer is able to adjust the motor speed and make motor-speed stable,make sure that the WQL performance indicators fully meet the sample measurement range and accuracy.As the characteristics of PVC industry particles directly affect PVC performance and processing performance,the WQL sizer,depending on huge amount of experimental data,has developed the specialized software for PVC industry and satisfied the needs of customers.
