深圳市2009-2012年疑似预防接种异常反应监测数据分析 被引量:9

Analysis on adverse events following immunization surveillance in Shenzhen from 2009 to 2012

摘要 目的了解深圳市疑似预防接种异常反应分布特征,评价深圳市疑似预防接种异常反应监测系统整体运行情况。方法通过国家疑似预防接种异常反应信息管理系统收集深圳市2009—2012年监测个案数据,采用描述性分析方法进行流行病学分析。结果深圳市2009—2012年共报告AEFl个案3626例,报告估算发生率为8.09/10万剂-20.53/10万剂;其中一般反应2298例(63.28%)、异常反应1074例(29.62%)、偶合症250例(6.89%)、心因性反应3例(0.08%)、待定1例(0.03%);监测系统个案完整率100.00%,及时报告率98.65%;需调查病例1928例,调查率为100.00%,48h内及时调查率为99.99%。结论深圳市疑似预防接种异常反应监测系统运转良好,但需进一步提高信息化管理水平,同时配合培训和督导,以期能够进一步提高监测敏感性。 Objective To investigate the distribution characteristics of Adverse Events Following Immunization (AEFI), and to evaluate the operation status of the AEFI surveillance system in Shenzhen. Methods The AEFI data reported in Shenzhen from 2009 to 2012 were collected through the China National AEFI Informa- tion System. The descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the distribution characteristics and related indexes of AEFI in this study. Results A total of 3626 AEFI cases were reported in Shenzhen. The es- timation incidence rate of AEFI reported cases from 2009 to 2012 was 8.09 - 20. 53/100,000 doses. Among the classification diagnosis of AEFI cases, 2298 cases (63.28%) were common and minor reactions and 1074 cases (29.62%) were rare and serious reactions. 250 cases (6. 89% ) were Coupled disease, 3 cases (0. 08%) were psychogenic reaction , 1 case (0. 03% ) was undetermined. The integrity rate reached 100% and the timely reporting rate was 98.65%. There were 1928 cases needed to be investigated. The in- vestigation rate reached 100% and the investigation rate within 48 hours was 99.99%. Conclusions The inde- xes of Shenzhen AEFI surveillance system meet the national requirements and are running well. The results suggest that it need to improve the level of information management and related training and supervision, in or- der to improve the quality of the surveillance system.
