2011年南宁市法定报告传染病流行病学特征分析

The Epidemic Features of Notifiable Infectious Diseases in Nanning 2011

目的分析2011年南宁市法定报告传染病的流行病学特征及其变化规律,为制定有效的传染病防治策略提供科学依据。方法对南宁市2011年法定报告传染病疫情资料进行整理,采用率、构成比等指标对法定传染病的流行病学特征进行描述性分析。结果 2011年南宁市共报告法定传染病24种73 007例,死亡232例,发病率为1 095.94/10万,死亡率为3.48/10万。报告发病人数中乙、丙类传染病分别占32.00%、68.00%,死亡病例中乙类传染病所占构成比为99.14%。乙类传染病以血源及性传播传染病最多,报告发病数在前5位的病种分别是病毒性肝炎(37.1%)、肺结核(25.45%)、梅毒(23.26%)、淋病(6.06%)和痢疾(4.16%)。丙类传染病报告发病数居前3位的病种分别是手足口病(72.31%)、流行性腮腺炎(13.97%)和其它感染性腹泻(9.62%)。结论南宁市2011年法定报告传染病发病率较高,乙类传染病和丙类传染病流行病学特征不同,应采取有针对性的措施对疾病进行防控。

Objective Analyze the epidemic features and variation of notifiable infectious diseases in Nanning 2011, and provide scientific basis for developing effective strategies for infectious disease control and preven- tion. Methods Data of the notifiable infectious diseases in Nanning 2011 were sorted out, and indices such as rate and propotion were used to provide descriptive analysis on the features of noifiable infectious diseases. Re. suits A total of 73007 cases （24 kinds） of notifiable infectious disease were reported with 232 cases died. The incidence rate was 1095.94/lakh, and the death rate was 3.48/lakh. Report the number of b, c class in- fectious diseases accounted for 32. 00% and 68.00% respectively, while type C infectious disease accounted for 99. 14% of the death cases. Cases with blood and sexually transmitted diseases were the most among Type B infectious disease cases; the top five diseases with higher incidence among them were： viral hepatitis （37.1%）, tuberculosis （ 25.45% ）, syphilis （ 23.26% ）, gonorrhea （ 6.06% ）, as well as dysentery （4. 16% ） . The top three diseases with higher incidence among the reported type C infectious disease were： HFMD （72. 31% ）, the mumps （13.97%）, and other infectious diarrhea （9.62%） . Conclusions The in- cidence of notifiable infectious diseases was relatively high in Nanning 2011, and there were significant differ- ences in epidemiological characteristics between category B and category C infections disease. We should take targeted measures to prevention and control infection disease.
