武汉市某地区居民健康状况及危险因素调查

Wuhan residents' health status and risk factors in a given area

目的调查武汉市江汉区居民高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常和脑卒中等疾病的患病情况和危险因素,为本地区居民社区卫生服务的更好开展提供依据。方法采用专业调查员入户面访询问相关情况的方式进行调查。结果共调查居民965人,慢性病患率为29.12%(其中高血压病患率为21.45%),吸烟者24.77%;被动吸烟者32.12%;饮酒者35.03%;有高血压、冠心病、脑卒中和糖尿病等相关疾病家族史者40.93%。结论江汉区主要慢性病尤其是高血压患病率较高。高血压是心脑血管病的重要危险因素,故控制高血压,使患者血压达标是本地区目前刻不容缓的任务。应加强健康教育宣传,以早期发现高血压等慢性疾病。

Objective To investigate the prevalence and risk factors of hypertension, diabetes mellitus, lipid ab- normalities and stroke in Jianghan community residents, in order to provide references for further development of community health service. Methods The method was adopted as professional investigators investigated the familiesJmembers by conversation on the spot. Results Total 965 people participated in the survey, 29. 12% of residents with chronic diseases, hypertension accounted for 21.45%. Smokers were accounted for 24.77% Passive smokers were accounted for 32. 12%. And drinkers were accounted for 35.03%. 40. 93% people had chronic diseases （hypertension, diabetes mellitus and stroke） with families history. Conclusions The in- cidence of hypertension is the highest among the chronic diseases in this community, diabetes mellitus, lipid abnormalities and stroke are successively followed. Hypertension is the important risk factor resulting in cere- bralvascular disease. Therefore controlling hypertension to normal range should be emphasized. It is necessa- ry to strengthen the publicity in community and improve the health education, in order to help for early detec- tion of hypertension.
