摘要
目的为保护积石峡库区周边环境卫生和人群健康,对库区一般污染源进行清理消毒,评价消毒的效果。方法按照消毒技术方案对积石峡库区淹没区的厕所、畜圈、垃圾堆的粪便和垃圾进行清理消毒,消毒前后进行微生物检验,经统计学处理判断各组之间的显著性差异,分析消毒效果。结果库区消毒前平均细菌总数为5.85×106cfu/cm2,消毒后平均细菌总数为2.19×104cfu/cm2,细菌总数的杀灭率为99.63%,经统计学检验消毒前后细菌总数差异有统计学意义,消毒效果明显;库区消毒前大肠菌群阳性数为76份,消毒后大肠菌群阳性数为5份,大肠菌群的杀灭率为93.42%,经统计学检验消毒前后大肠菌群阳性率差异有统计学意义,消毒效果明显。结论此次黄河积石峡库区消毒取得良好效果。
Objective For the purpose of protecting the environment and assuring the health of residents, to e- valuate the effect after cleaning and disinfecting the organic pollutant in Jishixia reservoir area. Methods Ac- cording to the scheme, cleaning the excreta and garbage in the toilet, livestock pens and midden where will be inundated, sampling and comparing the bacteria and coli group amount on the ground with before and after disinfection, proving whether there are the significant difference by statistics methods, analyzing the effect of disinfection. Results The average of total bacterial count in reservoir area is 5.85 ~ 106 cfu/cm2, after disin- fection, the count is 2. 19 ~ 104 cfu/cm2. The kill rate is 99.63%. The significant difference is proved and the effect is obvious before and after disinfection. The positive of coliform - samples is 76, after disinfection, is 5. The coli group kill rate is 93.42%. The significant difference of Coliform - positive rate is proved. Con- clusions The disinfection effect of Yellow River Jishixia reservoir gets good results.
