民间资本规范利用与金融创新互动问题研究——以柳州为例

Study on the Interactive Question between Private Capital'Standard Use and Financial Innovation

民间资本对于国民经济发展的推动作用越来越明显,为对其进行规范利用,避免出现过度投机和引发金融风险,本文以柳州为例,在深入分析当地民间资本现状的基础上,提出应从金融制度、金融机构、金融产品三个方面进行创新,同时,强化监督管理,进一步引导和规范民间资本脱虚向实,更好地发挥其在我国经济转型和产业结构调整升级过程中对中小微企业的支持作用。

This paper takes Liuzhou as an example, puts forward that financial innovation should start from three aspects of financial system, financial institutions, financial product.At the same time, we should strengthen supervision to guide the private capital.
