摘要
根据校靶镜的检验需求,在传统检定装置的基础上,研究了一种新型实时光电测量系统。通过采用CCD摄像系统与图像判读程序替代人眼读数,简化了校靶过程,校靶精度得到提高,检定时间得到缩短。运用ZEMAX软件设计了CCD物镜系统并对其进行优化,在0.707带校正了二级光谱。针对图像判读技术,提出了一种针对圆环和十字线目标的亚像素边缘定位方法,在图像进行中值滤波和Sobel算子初步检测边缘的基础上,通过亚像素边缘定位对图像判读,利用VC软件编写程序进行后期图像处理。
According to the requirements of the calibrator verification, a new real-time optical measurement system is developed. It will use CCD camera system and image interpretation process instead of the human eyes reading,simplify the process of calibrator,the accuracy of the calibrator is improved,it also makes the time to get shorter. CCD objec-tive lens was designed and optimized by ZEMAX,the second order spectral is well corrected at band 0.707. According to the image interpretation techniques, a novel method for sub-pixel edge of circle and cross is proposed. Based on median filter and coarsely edge-location by SOBEL operator, the image interpretation is processed by sub-pixel edge location.The software of VC is used to write the image interpretation,analyze the data and process the post-image.
