摘要
随着激光技术的快速发展及对加工精度的要求越来越高,激光对材料表面的加工是应用最广泛、光机电一体化程度高、软硬件相结合的现代加工工艺。本研究是搭建一套工作波长为1064nm的半导体泵浦激光加工标刻样机,并根据现代加工工艺特点,完成了旋转标刻和飞行标刻特殊加工系统。系统实现了在非平面材料表面和生产流水线上的加工,达到了工业自动化标准,提高了应用性及工作效率。
With the rapid development of laser technology and the demand for processing precision more and more high circumstances,the laser is modern processing technology which is widely-used on the material surface processing,Opti-cal Electro-Mechanical Systems, combining hardware and software. This research is based on a set of diode-pumped laser processing marking model machine at the working wavelength of 1064nm, and according to the characteristics of the modern processing technology design the special processing system of the rotary marking system and the flying marking system. The system realizes the processing of the non-graphic material surface and the production line,achiev-ing the standard of industrial automation,increasing the practical applications and work efficiency.
