摘要
本文主要是根据国家汽车标准对汽车离合器盖总成的性能要求,设计一种检测汽车离合器性能的试验台,其主要工作过程是完成对离合器盖总成进行定位,夹紧,加载,测试离合器盖总成在试验过程中的受力和位移,通过数据采集卡对传感器的数据进行采集,采用Labview编程对数据采集卡采集的数据进行分析和处理。
In this paper, mainly according to the national car performance requirements of the standard of automobile clutch cover assembly,a testing automobile clutch performance test platform is designed. Its main working process is to complete the clutch cover assembly for positioning, clamping, loading and testing the data of the stress and displace-ment, and then sensor test datum is collected by data acquisition card. Using Labview programming of data acquisition card,the datum are analyzed and processed.
