摘要
针对胶片式航空遥感器输片系统的要求,设计了一种胶片张紧机构,实现工作过程中顺利输片。胶片的张紧机构由结构系统和电控系统共同完成,在钢带辊内部有弹簧,在弹簧力的作用下拉动张力辊在导轨上灵活移动,电控系统通过控制力矩电机提供动力,与钢带滚形成一对平衡力,实现对胶片的张紧。本文完成了胶片张紧机构的设计,对张紧弹簧的参数进行了计算,给出了张紧机构平衡的控制原理和控制动态曲线。
Aiming at film transport system of film aerial camera,a film strain machine is designed to realize film trans-portation. Film strain machine consists of mechanics system and electric controlling system. There is spring in metal strip roll;strain roll is moved on railway by springs;electric controlling system is drived by moment amplidyne and balanced with metal strip roll to realize film straining. A film transport system design is accomplished;the parameters of spring is accounted,transport system control theory and control dynamic curve are offered.
