摘要 影响火车车轮与成形质量的因素很多。本文选择镦粗压下量、摩擦因子以及成形速度三个主要的因素对预成形质量进行分析。通过数值模拟得到了最优的镦粗压下量310mm,摩擦因子f=0.3以及成形速度v=40mm/s。通过对火车车轮预成形工艺的分析和研究,掌握了工艺规律并为预成形工艺方案的确定、预成形生产以及后续工艺的研究提供了理论依据。 The forming quality of train wheels can be effect by many factors.This paper choose upsetting reduction,fric-tion factor as well as the forming velocity to analysis in which way do this three main factors effect forming quality.By numerical simulation I get the optimal upsetting reduction 310mm ,friction factor f=0.3 and forming speed v=40mm/s . Through the study and analysis of this paper,the rules of the wheel preforming process has been mastered,which pro-vide a theoretical basis for the determination of the preforming process design,the preforming production and the subse-quent process of the wheel.
