摘要
细胞研究是分析科学、生物学和医学之间渗透发展形成的跨学科前沿领域。针对原子力探针在对大量活体细胞进行反复测量的过程中,耗时过长会减少细胞存活率的问题,本文采用了蚁群优化算法进行求解,为探针寻找到了一条用时最少、路程最短的最优路径,并对基本蚁群算法参数的合理选取进行了实验分析。实验结果验证了该算法的有效性。
The single-cell research is a interdisciplinary frontier field analyzing the penetration development among sci-ence, biology and medical science. In the process using atomic force probe to measurement a large number of living cells,long time-consuming will reduce the survival rate of living cells. In this paper,ant colony optimal algorithm is adopted to solve that problem. The optical path for probe is found, that uses least time and passes shortest distance. And the reasonable selection of ant colony algorithm’s parameters is experimentally analyzed. The result has been veri-fied the validity of the algorithm.
