电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定食品接触塑料的迁移金属 被引量:9

摘要 依据欧盟EU 10-2011《关于预期与食品接触的塑料材料和制品的委员会法规》,建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定食品接触塑料的迁移金属。选择同位素分别为:138Ba、59Co、63Cu、57Fe、7Li、55Mn、66Zn,并采用在线内标法,同时用反应池模式去除ArO+对铁离子的干扰。7种元素分别在一定浓度范围内呈线性,检出限为0.006-0.789μg/L,定量限为0.02-2.63μg/L,线性相关系数大于0.999。对于食品模拟物3%乙酸采用直接进样的方法进行检测,50%乙醇和橄榄油采用微波消解的方法进行处理,7种元素的回收率为93.0%-109.8%,相对偏差为5.6%-8.4%。 The method of the determination of harmful metals in food simulates, which were mentlonea in EU10-2011, by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was proposed. The isotopes (^138Ba、^59Co、^63Cu、^57Fe、^7Li、^55Mn、^66Zn) were selected and intemal standard method were used. Dynamic collision reaction cell (DRC) was used to overcome ArO+. Linear relationships of the 7elements were kept in definite ranges, with the LOD in the ranges of 0.006-0.789μg/L and the LOQ in the ranges of 0.02-2.6μpg/L. Food simulates of 50% alcohol and olive oil were pretreated by microwave assisted digestion. Values of recovery and RSD's were found in the range of 93.0%-109.8% and 5.6%-8.4%respectively.
