图书馆互动服务现状与SoLoMo的应用

Status Quo of Library Interactive Services and Application of SoLoMo

目前图书馆网上互动服务以虚拟参考咨询、社交网络等为主,随着移动互联网的发展,出现了基于SoLoMo的互动服务模式。结合SoLoMo的本质,文章分析了新模式下图书馆互动服务的特点,据此提出图书馆应用SoLoMo的具体措施。

Now, the virtual reference service and social networks are main forms of online interactive service of li- brary. With the development of mobile Internet, the interactive service models based on SoLoMo have appeared. According to the nature of SoLoMo, the paper analyzes the characteristics of the new interactive model ; some concrete measures for the application of SoLoMo in libraries are put forward.
