摘要
目的:通过对不同喉癌病人癌组织SP100蛋白进行测量,明确SP100在喉癌的发生发展过程中的作用并探究其与临床病理的关系。方法:通过对喉癌手术病人切除的癌组织和癌周组织进行固定、脱水、包埋、切片、免疫组织化学染色判断SP100阳性细胞个数以及探究其与临床病理学之间的关系。结果:在正常黏膜上皮细胞和分化良好的癌细胞中,以细胞核内染色为主,在低分化癌细胞中,在细胞质内呈弥漫性分布。SP100蛋白在癌旁正常黏膜上皮组织中表达的阳性率比喉癌原发灶中高。SP100蛋白在96例喉癌组织中的表达水平与病理分化程度密切相关(P<0.05),而与患者性别、年龄、P-TNM分期、淋巴结转移无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:喉癌组织中SP100蛋白表达水平、细胞内分布状况在不同分化程度癌细提示在喉癌的不同阶段可能发挥不同的作用。
Objective: Through cancerous tissue SP100 protein was measured for different laryngeal cancer patients, figure out SP100 role in the development process of laryngeal cancer and explore its relationship with clinical pathology. Methods: patients with laryngeal cancer surgery resection of carcinoma and gastric carcinoma tissue fixation, dehydration, embedding, sectioning, immunohistochemical staining judgment SP100 number of positive cells and explore its relationship with clinical pathology. Results: In normal mucosa epithelial cells and well-differentiated cells, give priority to with dyeing in the nuclei, in low differentiation cancer cells, a diffuse distribution in cytoplasm. SP100 protein expressed in normal mucosa epithelial tissue adjacent to carcinoma than the positive rate of laryngeal cancer high original site. SP100 protein expression level in 96 cases of laryngeal cancer tissues is closely related to the pathologic differentiation degree (P 〈 0.05), and patients' gender, age, P - TNM staging, lymph node metastasis, no correlation (P〉 0.05). Conclusion: Laryngeal cancer tissues SP100 protein expression level and distribution in cells in different degree of differentiation of carcinoma fine tip in the different stages of laryngeal cancer may play a different role.
