摘要
对特定板厚基础,《水运工程大体积混凝土裂缝控制规范》JTS202—1—2010采用单一的温升折减系数计算混凝土浇筑体最高温度;在不同的气温、混凝土绝热温升和浇筑温度条件下,采用差分法建立计算程序,计算2.5m板厚基础的温升折减系数和最高温度,揭示它们随各种因素变化的规律,并确定其与简化方法计算成果可能产生的偏差。提出了甄别不同条件采用细化的温升折减系数计算混凝土施工最高温度的建议。
For specified thickness foundation plate, Technical specification for thermal cracking control of mass concrete of port and waterway engineering JTS202--1--2010 calculates the super temperature in mass concrete by single temperature rise reduction factor; for different atmospheric temperature, concrete adiabatic temperature and placing temperature, by calculation program of finite difference method, this paper calculates temperature rise reduction factor and the super temperature of 2.5m thickness foundation plate, to reveal their change law with various factors and determine their deviation from simplification calculation method. This paper advances suggestion to calculate the super temperature of concrete site by different temperature rise reduction factors suiting different conditions.
