摘要
详细介绍了水力劈裂缝产生原因,施工重点与难点,锚筋劈裂缝修复处理方案及施工方法,对灌浆过程进行了分析,并进行了质量检查。为有效修复水力劈裂缝缺陷,采用锚筋锁定、化学灌浆、表面裂缝封闭的方法进行处理。经处理后钻孔取芯检查、物探检测、过流验证,满足设计要求。
This paper introduces the causes of hydraulic fracturing crack, key construction and difficulties, restoration scheme and construction method of anchor bar fracturing crack, analyzes filling process, quality inspection. In order to well repair the defects of hydraulic fracturing crack, anchor bar locking, chemical grouting, superficial crack sealing methods are used. After core-drilling inspection, geophysical detection, over-current verification, the engineering meets the design requirement.
