摘要
移动电子商务创造了快速的信息交流和高效的交易途径,改变了企业的经营管理和竞争方式,为企业的发展提供了许多新的机遇,同时也为竞争情报工作带来新的挑战。文章概述了移动电子商务的特点和企业经营管理方式的变化,分析了移动电子商务对企业竞争情报工作所带来的影响,探讨了企业竞争情报所面临的问题,提出企业竞争情报工作的对策。
Mobile e-commerce creates a rapid exchange of information and an efficient trading way, changes the style of busi- ness management and competition of the enterprise, provides many new opportunities for the development of the enterprise, and at the same time brings new challenges for competitive intelligence work. This paper outlines the characteristics of mobile e-commerce and the changes of the business management mode of the enterprise, analyzes the impact of mobile e-commerce on the enterprise competitive intelligence work, discusses the problems faced by the enterprise competitive intelligence, and puts forward the counter- measures for enterprise competitive intelligence work.
