摘要
隐性知识的表达需要采用一些恰当的方法和工具,如隐性知识的隐喻、概念地图、思维导图等。但大多数学者认为认知地图是隐性知识表达的有效工具。为在企业中能够推广使用认知地图用于表达企业隐性知识,本文借助认知地图工具拟构建一套通用、实用的隐性知识表达流程。
The expression of tacit knowledge needs to adopt a number of appropriate methods and tools such as tacit knowledge metaphor, concept map and mind map. However, most scholars believe that the cognitive map is an effective tool for the expression of tacit knowledge. In order to promote the use of cognitive map for the expression of tacit knowledge in enterprises, this paper in- tends to build a set of universal and practical expression process of tacit knowledge by using the tool of cognitive map.
