评财产权劳动学说

Review on the Theory of Property-Labor

The author introduces Locke's theory of property-labor and makes a brief review first.Then he points out that the theory of property-labor provided the lawful basis for the establishment and protection of intellectual property rights under the new situation of intellectual products as the object of civil rights.Later,the author discusses the private nature of property rights.In conclusion,“liberalism is restated.”Human beings are the center of the theory of property-labor.Any over-stress of socialization of law shall endanger liberalism which is the foundation of living and development for mankind.
