维吾尔药瘤果黑种草子对艾氏腹水瘤肿瘤小鼠的抗癌及抗氧化作用

On antioxidant and anticancer role in transplanted EAC tumor mice by Uyghur medicine fruit Nigella

目的探讨维吾尔药瘤果黑种草子对艾氏腹水瘤小鼠的抗癌及抗氧化作用。方法 50只小鼠,随机分为正常组、模型组、瘤果黑种草子醇提组、瘤果黑种草子水提组、环磷酰胺(CY)组。观察小鼠抑瘤率、脾指数、胸腺指数和肝脏指数、艾氏腹水瘤瘤小鼠血清中的干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、自然杀伤细胞(NK)、过氧化脂质(LPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果瘤果黑种草子水提物不仅能提高EAC荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤率,且能增加血清中IFN-γ、NK、SOD的含量,降低血清中LPO、MDA的含量。结论维药瘤果黑种草子对小鼠具有明显的抗肿瘤及抗氧化作用。

Objective To study effects of Uygur medicine fruit Nigella in Anti-tumor and anti-oxidation of transplanted EAC tumor mice.Methods 50 mice were randomly divided into five groups,the normal group,model group,tumor fruit Nigella sub-alcohol group,tumor fruit Nigella sub-water extraction group,cyclophosphamide （CY）group;and to determinate mouse tumor inhibition rate,spleen index, thymus index,liver index,IFN-γ,NK,LPO content change in EAC tumor-bearing mice serum.Results The Uygur medicine fruit Nigella can not only improve EAC inhibition rate of tumor-bearing mice;and can improve IFN-γ,NK,SOD and reduce LPO,MDA content in serum.Conclusion Uyghur medicine fruit Nigella have obvious effect in anti-tumor and anti-oxidation.
