新疆维吾尔族及汉族原发性肺癌临床病理特征分析

The clinical and pathological characteristics of primary lung cancer in Xinjiang Uygur and Han patients

目的：探讨新疆维吾尔族及汉族原发性肺癌的临床病理特征。方法收集2003-2012年新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院病理科维吾尔族及汉族原发性肺癌手术标本（986例）及穿刺标本（1061例）共2047例，对其临床病理特征进行分析。结果2047例新疆原发性肺癌病例中维吾尔族127例（6．2％），汉族1920例（93．8％）；维吾尔族年龄≥60岁患者79例（62．20％），汉族1265例（65．89％），维吾尔族年龄45～59岁患者28例（22．05％），汉族536例（27．91％），维吾尔族年龄≤44岁患者20例（15．75％），汉族119例（6．20％），维吾尔族与汉族患者年龄差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；维吾尔族小细胞癌20例（15．75％），汉族198例（10．31％）；维吾尔族非小细胞癌107例（84．25％），汉族1722例（89．69％），其中维吾尔族鳞癌49例（45．79％），汉族703例（40．82％），维吾尔族腺癌48例（44．86％），汉族881例（51．16％），维吾尔族其他类型病例10例（9．3％），汉族138例（8％），维吾尔族与汉族非小细胞肺癌中病理类型比较，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论新疆维吾尔族与汉族原发性肺癌患者在发病年龄及病理类型上有其特点。

Objective To study the clinical and pathological characteristics of primary lung cancers in Xin-jiang Uygur and Han patients.Methods We analyzed operation specimens （986 cases）and biopsy speci-mens （1061 cases）from 2 047 cases of lung cancer in the Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University during 2003- 2012.Results There are 127 cases （6.2%）of Uygur and 1920 cases （93.8%）of Han in 2 047 cases.Among them,79（62.20%）Uygur patients and 1 265（65.89%）Han patients are older than 60. 28（22.05%）Uygur patients and 536（27.91%）Hans aged between 45 and 59.20 Uygur patients （15.75%） and 119 Hans （6.20%）are under 44 years old.The differences of age between Uygurs and Hans is signifi-cant （P ＆lt;0.05）.There are 20 Uygurs （15.75%）and 198 Hans （10.31%）with small cell carcinoma.107 Uygurs （84.25%）and 1722 Hans （89.69%）are of non-small cell carcinoma,49 Uygurs （45.79%）and 703 Hans （40.82%）of squamous cell carcinoma and 48 Uygurs （44.86%）and 881 Hans （51.16%）of ade-nocarcinoma,respectively.In other pathological types,there are 10 Uygurs （9.3%）and 138 Hans （8%）. The differences of pathological types of non-small cell lung cancer between Uygurs and Hans were statis-tically significant （P ＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion The incidence of primary lung cancer in Xinjiang Uygur patients is lower than that in Han patients,and has its own characteristics in age and pathological types.
