Spectrum Calculation of the Bit Insertion Codes in Digital Optical Communication Systems

本文针对数字光纤通信系统中的插入比特码型,推导出mB1H码的功率谱表达式,并分析了不同统计特性情况下,插入比特H对编码序列功率谱的影响。最后,讨论了mB1H码与mB1C码之间的联系。

This paper discusses on bit insertion coding in digital optical fiber communication systems. The expression of spectral density of mBlH code is deduced. The effects of bit insertion on the spectra of coded sequence are analysed with different mark rates of the inserting bits. The relation between mBlH and mBlC codes is scrutinised.
