工作满意度对野外采油作业工人职业应激和家庭生活满意度中介作用分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨野外采油作业工人工作满意度对职业应激和家庭生活满意度的中介作用。方法采用整群抽样方法抽取野外石油生产作业工人343人,采用职业应激量表、工作满意度指数量表和家庭生活满意度问卷进行调查。采用层次回归分析技术,并采用Sobel检验验证工作满意度对职业应激和家庭生活满意度的中介效应。结果职业应激责任压力、工作质量、角色冲突、工作与非工作冲突和工作负荷5个维度均与工作满意度呈负相关[Spearman相关系数(rS)分别为-0.131、-0.247、-0.222、-0.332、-0.210,P<0.05];工作质量、角色冲突、工作与非工作冲突和工作负荷4个维度均与家庭生活满意度呈负相关[rS分别为-0.125、-0.135、-0.227、-0.112,P<0.05];工作满意度与家庭生活满意度呈正相关[rS=0.307,P<0.01]。职业应激的工作与非工作冲突维度和工作满意度对家庭生活满意度的预测作用均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。工作满意度在工作与非工作冲突维度对家庭生活满意度预测中起部分中介作用(P<0.01),中介效应为-0.076。结论职业应激是影响野外采油作业工人工作满意度与家庭生活满意度的重要因素,工作满意度的提升有助于缓解职业应激对于工人家庭生活满意度的负面影响。 Objective To study the coordination role of job satisfaction on occupational stress and family satisfaction in oil field production workers. Methods Three hundred forty-three oil field production workers were chosen with cluster samp-ling method, and then surveyed with occupational stress scale, job satisfaction index and family life questionnaire. Hierar- chical regression analysis was used to analyze the data, and Sobel test was used to verify the coordination role of job satisfac-tion in occupational stress and family satisfaction. Results Job satisfaction was negatively correlated with 5 dimensions of occupational stress, including the pressure of responsibility, the quality of work, role conflict, the conflict of work and non- work, and the workload[ Spearman correlation coefficients (rs ) respectively were -0. 131, -0. 247, -0. 222, -0. 332, -0. 210, P 〈 0. 05 ]. Family satisfaction was negatively correlated with 4 dimensions of occupational stress, including the quality of work, role conflict, work and non-work conflict, and the workload (rs respectively were -0. 125, -0. 135, - 0. 227, - 0. 112, P 〈 0. 05 ). Job satisfaction was positively correlated with family satisfaction (rs = 0. 307, P 〈 0.01 ). Work and non-work conflict (one dimension of occupational stress) and job satisfaction had direct prediction on family satisfaction (P 〈 0.01 ). Work and non-work conflict and family satisfaction was partially mediated by job satisfaction (P 〈 0. 01 ). The mediation effect was -0. 076. Conclusion Occupational stress has effects on oil field production workers' job satisfaction and family satisfaction. Improving the workers' job satisfaction could reduce the negative influence on family satisfaction caused by occupational stress.
