摘要
按照性格决定命运的逻辑,大学生主动性人格直接决定求职绩效吗?研究者采用两个时间点(间隔两周)的368名大四毕业生的自评(生涯适应力和主动性人格)和他评(求职绩效)数据,考察了大学毕业生主动性人格、生涯适应力与求职绩效的关系。结果表明:大学毕业生的主动性人格与生涯适应力和求职绩效显著正相关;生涯适应力与求职绩效显著正相关;生涯适应力在大学毕业生主动性人格与求职绩效的关系中起完全中介作用。研究揭示了大学生主动性人格与求职绩效关系的中介机制,对高校职业生涯教育有一定的启示。
According to the logic that sowing a character, reaping a destiny, can college graduates' proactive personality directly influence their job-hunting performance? The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between proactive personality, career adaptability and job-hunting performances of the university graduates. The questionnaire survey combining self-assessment and peer assessment were conducted on 368 senior students. Hierarchical regression analysis on the survey data showed that the job-hunting performance of college graduates and career adaptability were both positively correlated to proactive personality, and career adaptability had wholly mediating effect on the relationship between proactive personality and job-hunting performance. The result of this study sheds light on the intervening mechanism between college graduates' proactive personality and job- hunting performance, which gives significant enlightenment on college' s career education and on college students themselves.
