摘要
作为E-learning系统重要组件,企业内部学习社区在支持企业员工学习情感交流、知识建构与集体智慧分享等方面发挥核心作用。本文着眼于企业E-learning与学习社区平台连接点,对比分析了企业内外部学习社区的差异性,总结提炼了有效开发企业内部学习社区的成功路径,并结合具体的案例情景提出学习社区的开发方案,旨在为企业成功构建内部学习社区提供有效性借鉴,进而丰富企业学习社区的理论与实践研究。
As an important component of E-learning system, enterprise internal learning community plays core role on supporting employees' learning affective interaction, knowledge construction, sharing collective intelligence and etc. Paid attention to connection between E-learning and learning community, analyzed differentiation by comparing from enterprise internal and external learning community, concluded and refined key success path about developing enterprise internal learning community, put forward enterprise learning community development solutions by combining specific case context, in order to provide effective practical reference for constructing internal learning community successfully and enrich theoretical and practical research about enterprise learning community.
