新鲜乳制品辨别
摘要
乳与乳制品的主要卫生问题是因生物性污染而造成的产品腐败变质和有毒金属的污染及杂质的混入，再就是人为的掺杂使假。鉴别鲜乳的质量首先看色泽，乳白色或稍带微黄色是鲜乳。次质鲜乳色泽较良质鲜乳为差，白色中稍带青色。劣质鲜乳呈浅粉色或显著的黄绿色，或是色泽灰暗。
