摘要
针对医患共同参与医疗决策制定过程中,各参与方对治疗方案的疗效和风险等存在偏好差异,难以达成一致的治疗方案,提出了一种基于离散选择实验(DCE)和满意度函数的医患共同决策方法,即在应用离散选择实验(DCE)调查患者及医疗人员的偏好基础上,引入满意度函数对各种治疗方案进行定量分析,为医患共同参与医疗决策提供一种有效的研究方法。
Abstract. Health care professionals and preferences for efficacy and adverse events, and it patients often present substantial differences in the is difficult to establish a mutual agreement in treatment decisions. Therefore, the discrete choice experiment （DCE） and desirability function methods are used as a structured methodology to study the subjective rationale behind the choice of treatments. First, DCE method is used to elicit the preferences of health care professionals and patients. And then desirability function method is used to evaluate decision alternatives. This is an effective model that provides a practical approach for shared decision-making and better patient-centred care.
