摘要
目的:建立复合多维元素片中泛酸的含量测定方法。方法高效液相色谱法,C18色谱柱(250 mm ×4.6 mm ,5μm );流动相:乙腈-1 mL · L -1磷酸水溶液(5∶95);流速:1.0 mL · min-1;柱温:25℃;检测波长:200 nm。结果泛酸质量浓度在1.32~132.32μg · mL -1范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数 r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为1.4%(n=12)。结论该方法快速简便,结果准确,适用于多维元素片中泛酸含量测定。
Objective To develop a method for determining the content of pantothenic acid in Vitamins with Minerals Tablets .Meth-ods The HPLC was carried out on a C18 (25 mm × 4 .6 mm ,5 μm) column ;the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-1 mL · L -1 phosphoric acid solution(5∶95)with flow rate of 1 .0 mL · min-1 ;the column temperature was set at 25℃ ;the detection wave-length was set at 200 nm .Results The linearity of the method was ranged from 1 .32 to 132 .32 μg · mL -1 (r=0 .999 9) ,and the average recovery rate was 99 .3% ,with RSD 1 .4% (n=12) .Conclusions This method is rapid ,simple ,accurate ,and applicable to the determination of pantothenic acid in Vitamins with Minerals Tablets .
