左氧氟沙星临床应用分析

Analysis of levofloxacin clinical application

目的评价我院住院患者喹诺酮类抗菌药物左氧氟沙星的使用情况,为规范临床用药提供依据。方法采用回顾性调查方法,随机抽取300例应用左氧氟沙星的出院病历,进行汇总、分析、评价。结果 300例病历中,用药前做细菌培养及药敏试验者占60.67%,经验用药占39.33%。用于呼吸道感染治疗的占首位,其次为尿路感染治疗。结论在随机抽查的病例中,左氧氟沙星使用基本合理,但仍需加强合理用药管理,减少耐药菌的产生。

Objective To evaluate the use of fluoroquinolone levofloxacin in inpatients in our hospital,and to provide an evidence for the standardization of clinical medication. Methods A retrospective survey was performed by randomly selecting 300 medical re cords of application of levofloxacin. Results In the 300 cases, doing drug sensitive bacterial culture test before treatment accounted for 60.67%,and experience treatment accounted for 39.33~. The treatment for respiratory tract infection ranked the first, fol- lowed by the treatment of urinary tract infection. Conclusion The use of levofloxaein in the cases is basicly reasonable, but still need to strengthen the rational use of drug management to reduce the occurrence of drug resistant bacteria.
