摘要
目的探讨PDCA(plan,do,check,action)循环管理办法在我院静脉药物集中配置中心(PIVAS)感染管理中的应用效果。方法将我院PIVAS应用PDCA循环管理前、后净化区Ⅰ更衣室、Ⅱ更衣室、配置仓内、层流台及生物安全柜空气沉降菌的监测菌落计数分为对照组与观察组,对2组数据情况进行统计分析,找出引起2组感染控制指标差距的原因,提出改进措施。结果观察组空气沉降菌生成率6.46%,明显低于对照组14.28%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环规范了PIVAS管理,实现了PIVAS感染控制的前馈控制、过程控制和反馈控制,为临床患者的输液提供了安全的、无污染的配置环境,提高了静脉输液的配置质量。
Objective To explore the effect of PDCA (plan ,do ,check ,action) cycle infection management method in our hospital PIVAS .Methods The air bacteria colony counts were determined in purification zone of the first dressing room ,the second dress-ing room ,disposition room of medicines ,super clean bench and biological safety cabinet pre(control group)-and post(observation group) PDCA cycle management in PIVAS .The data of both control group and observed group were analyzed by t-test .The cause of difference was analyzed in two groups of infection management and improvement measures are proposed for better quality services .Results Sedimentation of air bacteria rate in observation group (6 .46% ) was significantly lower than in control group (14 .28% )(P〈0 .05) .Conclusion PDCA cycle standardized the PIVAS management by feed forward control ,process control and feedback control procedure ,providing with safe pollution-free preparation environment for patients and improving the quality of the intravenous infusion of preparation .
