摘要
通过对造纸工业中散浆生产线系统构成的介绍,分析了在该集散控制系统中DH+(Data Highway Plus)网络数据传输负载的不平衡性。提出一种基于DCM模块(Direct Communication Module)和扫描模块Scanner的远程输入输出映射技术——RIO Link,以实现控制器间的通讯。实际应用表明,该映射技术能有效平衡并减轻DH+网络的负载。
In this paper was introduced in brief the equipment layout of bale handling production line in paper making industry. It analyzes the imbalance of communication load of network DH+ in DCS of bale handling. A mapping technology of controller communication using RIO Link mapping which based on DCM and Scanner was put forward. The application has obvious effects in balancing and reducing DH+ network load.
