国产酶制剂在制浆蒸煮的应用试验及其存在的技术障碍分析

摘要 制浆蒸煮环节的酶制剂还停留在研发与试用阶段,目前还没有一个相对可靠稳定的国产品牌。借助生产试验数据,分析了国产蒸煮酶制剂的应用效果及存在问题,提出了国产酶制剂用于制浆蒸煮需突破的技术障碍。 The application of bio-enzyme has remained at the stages of research & development and trial test, so far there has not been a reliable domestic brand. With the help of data from the trial tests, the applying effect of domestic-made bio-enzyme was analyzed, as well as its existing problems. Furthermore, how to break through the technical bottleneck was put forward for domestic made bio-enzyme applied in cooking of pulping process.
