有效提高中医隐性知识传承的策略研究

Research on Strategy of Improving the Inheritance of Tacit Knowledge in Chinese Medicine

中医学除了含有大量的显性知识之外,又含有丰富的隐性知识,中医隐性知识更是中医传承的重要内容。如今中医传承出现了断层的现象,名老中医经验无法得到根本性继承,诸多具有特色的中医诊疗手段也面临逐渐失传的困境。基于现有的关于中医传承的研究基础,从提高中医师传承隐性知识的意愿、提高中医师传承隐性知识的能力、营造有利于中医隐性知识传承的组织情境、完善有利于中医隐性知识传承的社会环境这四个方面提出了有效提高中医隐性知识传承的策略。

Chinese medicine contains not only a large amount of explicit knowledge but also rich tacit knowledge. The tacit knowledge is an important part of inheritance in Chinese medicine. There is a fault in inheritance of Chinese medicine, the experiences of famous doctors cannot be radically inherited, and many therapies are on the verge of ex- tinction. The strategies on how to improve the inheritance of tacit knowledge in Chinese medicine were proposed from four aspects in this article.
