中医诊疗规律研究新方法

A New Research Method of TCM Diagnosis and Treatment Law

通过对多中心、大样本的临床信息进行统计分析获得的中医诊疗规律常常是多数临床专家都认同的共性规律,但这一方法难以体现专家的独特诊疗经验。我们认为,中医诊疗有三个特点,即诊疗过程的表达需要多个变量,诊疗过程存在个体化,诊疗规律的表达是四诊信息、诊断结果和治疗方案三组变量间的复杂网络关系。基于此提出通过对专家诊断、治疗思路的记录和连线,来确认中医诊疗规律这一研究方法,该方法能体现专家的独特诊疗经验,可望成为新的中医诊疗规律研究方法。

The common diagnosis and treatment law in Chinese medicine extracted by muhicentre and large sample clinical studies is generally accepted by the majority. However, the method can not reflect the individual experiences of specialists. The characteristics of diagnosis and treatment in Chinese medicine are multiple variable, individual difference and complicated relational network. Therefore a new research method to reflect the individual experiences was recommended in this article.
