摘要
探讨了某微细粒浸染型碳质双重难处理金矿石的基本工艺学特性,并进行了可浸性试验研究。针对矿石中有碍于后续浸出的有机碳含量较高的特性,进行了碱性热压预处理脱碳试验研究。在磨矿细度-0.025 mm占82%,预处理温度160℃,预处理时间2 h,助氧剂用量300 g/t,氧气压强1.6 MPa,pH值12的条件下,可将原矿中2.51%的有机碳降至0.72%,有机碳脱除率为71.26%。
The microgranular disseminated type carbonaceous gold ore are the typical of double refractory gold ores .This paper preliminarily discussed the mineralogical characters of the ore ,and performed the leaching characteris-tic test.On account of the characteristic that the content of the organic carbon ,which hurts the process of subsequent leaching ,is higher , the study on the decarburization pretreatment by alkaline hot-press oxidation was performed .At these optimal conditions namely:82 % -0 .025 mm grinding size , 160 ℃ preheated temperature , 2 hrs preheated time,300 g/t catalyst,1.6 MPa pressure and pH at 12, the content of organic carbon in the ore has dropped to 0.72 %from 2.51 %,and the removal rate of organic was 71.26 %.
