何首乌藤纤维的结构及其物理性能 被引量:1

Structure and physical properties of Polygonum multiflorum rattan fiber

摘要 以何首乌藤为原料,采用碱煮脱胶工艺,制取何首乌藤单纤维;对其长度、细度进行测量,通过显微镜观察法、X衍射和衰减全反射红外分析对其结构进行表征,并对其吸放湿性能进行测试。结果表明:何首乌藤单纤维的平均长度偏短,长度均匀度差;细度与传统麻类纤维相近,直径变异系数较大;纤维的形态结构兼具棉、苎麻部分特征;聚集态结构为低结晶度高取向度;分子结构显示为纤维素特征;体积密度高于苎麻纤维;回潮率为8.22%,吸放湿性能介于棉与苎麻纤维之间。 Polygonum multiflorum rattan single fiber was prepared with Polygonum multiflorm rattan through degumming process of sodium hydroxide boiling. Its length, fineness were measured; the structure was characterized by microscopy, X-diffraction and ATR-FTIR; and the properties of moisture absorption and desorption were tested as well. The results showed that the average length of single-fiber is short, and the uniformity is poor; fineness is similar to conventional bast fibers, and coefficient of variation of the diameter is large. Fiber morphological structure possesses part features of both cotton and ramie fibers. Fiber aggregation structure is low in crystallinity and high in degree of orientation. Fiber molecular structure shows the fiber as a cellulose fiber. The fiber has greater bulk density than ramie fiber, with the moisture regain of 8.22% , and moisture absorption and desorption falling between cotton and ramie.
