摘要
建立了纺织品中三氯生的固相萃取-高效液相色谱检测方法,通过对样品进行超声提取,经固相萃取净化和Kromasil C18柱分离后,采用水/乙腈(体积比为15∶85)为流动相,紫外检测波长为280 nm,外标法定量。结果表明:样品中的三氯生在0.05~20.00 mg/kg的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,最低检出限LOD为0.01 mg/kg,定量检出限LOQ为0.05 mg/kg;方法回收率在94.0%~100.4%之间,RSD为2.0%~4.4%。
An effective method for determination of triclosan in textiles by solid phase extraction - high performance liquid chromatography was developed. The samples were ultrasonic extracted, and then cleaned and enriched by a Sep-Pak~ Vac Silica solid phase extraction(SPE) cartridge. The separation was performed in a Kromasil C18 column(250 mmx 4.6 mm i. d. , 5 p^m)by using the mobile phase consisting of H20/CH3CN (15/85, V/V). Detection was performed at 280 nm by extenal standard method. The result of experiment shows that calibration curve of triclosan was linear within the range of 0.05 - 20.0 mg/kg, the limit of detection was found to be 0.01 mg/kg, and the limit of quantification, 0.05 mg/kg. The extraction recoveries were between 94.0% and 100.4% and the RSDs were 2.0% -4.4%.
