基于产业生态视角的生产力促进中心构建科技服务业生态系统路径分析

On the Ecological System Path of Productivity Promotion S& T Service Center from the Perspective of Industrial Ecology

综合产业生态学的理论和科技服务业的实践,研究以生产力促进中心为核心的科技服务业生态系统对探索科技服务业发展具有积极意义。这一生态系统主要由四个基本要素即生产力促进中心、人才、科技服务、政策环境组成,每个要素的功能、现状和演进路径也各有不同,对科技服务业的发展形成了建议和思考。

With the practice of industrial ecology theory and S＆T services, the analysis in the S＆T service ecology with the core of Productivity Promotion Center is very important for the development of the S＆T industry. This ecological system mainly consists of four basic elements： the Productivity Promotion Center, talents, S＆T service, and policy environment. Each factor has its own function, status and evolution path. Based on the analysis of these facts, this paper provides suggestion for the development of the S＆T service industry.
