摘要
主泵是核反应堆一回路系统的重要安全设备,由于缺乏有效的监测手段,往往导致主泵不能运行才知晓故障的存在,给反应堆运行安全带来隐患。文章以核反应堆主泵为研究对象,自主研发了一套PXI总线核反应堆主泵振动在线监测系统,并在试验台架模拟泵上进行了测试分析,测试结果表明该系统可实现模拟泵状态异常的鉴别,并可通过振动分析实现故障诊断,这为核反应堆主泵运行状态监测与分析提供了一种科学的、有效的手段。
Nuclear reactor main pump is a primary equipment of the reactor coolant system .As there is not an effective method to monitor the performance of the main pump , pump fault would be found when the pump couldnt work.Arming to the nuclear reactor main pump , this paper developed an on -line vibration monitoring system of nuclear reactor main pump based on PXI .According to the test on the experimental pump , the moni-toring system can distinguish the different performance of experimental pump , and it also can diagnosis pump fault by vibration analysis .
