摘要 5052铝合金大直径薄壁无缝管材广泛应用于制造气体分流设备导流管,该产品有尺寸精度要求高,内部有承压要求,且径厚比大等特点,增加了生产难度。通过采用特殊加工的铸锭和制定合理的挤压工艺参数,在55 MN双动反向挤压机进行试生产,最终产品的尺寸精度和性能完全满足客户使用要求。 5052 aluminum alloy seamless pipes with large diameter and thin walls are widely used in manufacturing gas distributary device nozzles. The products have high dimen- sional accuracy, internal pressure requirements, and great radius-thickness ratio which in- crease the production difficulty. The trial production was taken on the 55MN double-action reverse extruding machine with specially-processed ingots and reasonable extruding process parameters. At last the size precision and performance of the finished products can fully satis-fy the customers' requirements.
